The customer chose Albatross bars, aluminum fenders and a Porteur front rack by Velo Orange, turning it into a useful and handsome city bike that would still do great on longer rides.
This is the third or fourth Surly we've modified with swept back handlebars. The frames come with tire clearance and accessory mounts that make them great platforms for this sort of customization.
